The order, comprising 18 units of CTACD0326W outdoor electric cabinet air conditioners (300W cooling capacity), was confirmed on April 10 and delivered on May 15, 2024. After rigorous testing, PTS reported full satisfaction with the equipment’s performance, particularly its energy efficiency, weatherproof durability, and stable operation in tropical climates. All units met CE certification and underwent COOLTEC’s proprietary 72-hour aging tests to ensure reliability. Notably, the client praised the product’s low noise levels (<60 dB) and IP55-rated dust/water resistance, critical for Indonesia’s humid coastal environments.
