The client is one of the leading energy and storage companies in Dubai, UAE, specializing in the design and construction of commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage systems, including utility-scale projects up to 5GW.


3. Project Requirements & Challenges

The client required a combination of top-mounted outdoor liquid cooling units and cabinet-type air-cooled units for their BESS containers.
Key challenges included:

  • Extreme environmental conditions: ambient temperatures up to 50ยฐC, frequent dust storms, and remote installation sites.

  • Equipment must meet IP65 protection standards and ensure long-term, stable operation in harsh desert environments.


4. Our Solution

Cooltec provided a fully customized thermal management solution, including:

  • Cooltechx 3kW top-mounted liquid cooling units

  • 1500W air-cooled cabinet air conditioners

  • High-efficiency compressors, anti-corrosion components, and remote monitoring modules for real-time operation and diagnostics.
    All systems were engineered for extreme climate durability and high system availability.

  • Design & customization period: 30 days

  • Delivery & installation cycle: 7 days

  • On-site or remote support is provided by Cooltec’s engineering team.
