A Turkish energy company recently developed an innovative regenerator system that converts high-torque mechanical energy into electricity using an AC generator. The first step involved an in-depth heat load analysis to determine the exact cooling capacity needed for the regenerator system. Collaborating closely with the client’s engineering team, we ensured that every aspect of the design was aligned with their operational requirements.The custom cabinet air conditioner we designed featured an advanced airflow control system. This technology allowed the unit to dynamically adjust to varying thermal loads, ensuring consistent performance under the high demands of the regenerator system. The unit’s compact design was engineered to fit perfectly within the spatial constraints provided by the client.Electrical compatibility was critical, so we integrated a specialized power management module into the air conditioner. This ensured flawless operation at 380V 50Hz, preventing any potential issues related to electrical incompatibility. The solution also included a dual-device monitoring system, providing the client with real-time insights and control over both the regenerator and cooling systems.

Following the design and testing phase, the cooling solution was installed at the client’s facility.
