Cooltechx outdoor cabinet air conditioner products are developed for the electric power industry and special cabinets and other application environments with a dehumidification function of refrigeration products. It is suitable for applications where the heat generated by the equipment inside the cabinet is large, the internal equipment is sensitive to the ambient temperature, and the inside and outside need to be completely isolated. The product is fully functional, highly reliable, easy and convenient to install, and can work after power on, without complex debugging.

The internal circulation of the air conditioner draws in hot air from the upper part of the air conditioner, and the cold air is discharged from the lower part of the air conditioner. The external circulation draws in cold air from the lower part of the air conditioner, and the hot air is excluded from the upper part after the heat exchange.

Product Characteristics
1. The operation of the air conditioner is controlled automatically according to the internal temperature of the cabinet, the controller detects the temperature of the return air of the cabinet through the temperature sensor of the internal circulation, compares and judges with the set point, and controls the work of the compressor or the fan.

2. when the internal temperature of the cabinet ≥ refrigeration open temperature point, and the compressor downtime has been ≥ 3 minutes, the start of refrigeration operation; when the cabinet temperature ≤ refrigeration open temperature point – refrigeration return temperature, and the compressor downtime has been ≥ 3 minutes, the refrigeration operation stops.

3. when the cabinet internal temperature ≤ heating on temperature point, start heating operation; when the cabinet temperature ≥ heating on temperature point + heating return, heating operation stops.

4. when the indoor humidity reaches ≥ dehumidification humidity, and the indoor temperature reaches ≥ refrigeration start temperature – dehumidification threshold temperature, start dehumidification;

When the indoor humidity drops to ≤ dehumidification humidity – dehumidification return difference, dehumidification is terminated;

When the indoor temperature drops to ≤ refrigeration start temperature – dehumidification threshold temperature, dehumidification is terminated;

5. The air conditioner uses RS4825 communication port to communicate with the computer, or the user can change the air conditioner operating parameters directly through the display.
