The order, comprising 18 units of CTACD0326W outdoor electric cabinet air conditioners (300W cooling capacity), was confirmed on April 10 and delivered on May 15, 2024. The seamless transaction underscores COOLTEC’s ability to deliver tailored solutions and responsive service to new markets.

After rigorous testing, PTS reported full satisfaction with the equipment’s performance, particularly its energy efficiency, weatherproof durability, and stable operation in tropical climates. All units met CE certification and underwent COOLTEC’s proprietary 72-hour aging tests to ensure reliability. Notably, the client praised the product’s low noise levels (<60 dB) and IP55-rated dust/water resistance, critical for Indonesia’s humid coastal environments.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, COOLTEC actively solicited PTS’s feedback, which included requests for enhanced humidity sensors and modular control panel upgrades in future orders. Technical teams from both companies held virtual workshops to align on customization requirements, laying the groundwork for a long-term partnership.
